Give it a few months after LGPE but before Gen 8 gets revealed properly, they'll reveal a brand new Mobile Mystery Dungeon that'll only have Gen 1 Pokemon and useful items such as Reviver Seeds and Stat Boosts will be exclusive to a Gachapon that requires loads of "Mystery Diamonds" to buy while the very first few dungeons are loaded with bullshit like masses of enemies who use room-wide attacks to entice you to stock up on those items.
The only starters are the OG 3, Pikachu and Eevee, and they won't add the rest as they add more generations with each update.
