how come Red (the pokemon trainer) didn't die on mt. silver? how come his pokemen didn't die? isnt it super cold and dangerous up there? where did he even live, bathe, eat etc.?

btw i searched the archives for these questions before deciding to make this thread and im honestly unimpressed at the absolute nothingness ive seen regarding this issue.
