Ninjask is PU, Sharpedo and Yanmega are RU and Scolupede is UU, all of them are faster than Blaziken to start with, Sharpedo is as good of a physical attacker, Yanmega is a better special attacker.

Speed boost and other broken abilities were made to give specific pokemon purposes. I agree that these pokemon you mentioned are still hopeless, but it made pokemon like Blaziken, Mega Gengar and Gen6 Greninja broken.

If this thing had Adaptability with a speed boost then it would be crazy powerful. Z hyperbeam is a 450 basepower move so imagine if you could just oneshot any pokemon that wasnt ghost

Nah a good typing and movepool (especially a good boosting move like SD) are important, plus just enough bulk to live unboosted priority attacks
