>>36465644I haven't watched SM since like 30 episodes ago, just after they save Lusamine from the UB dimension, but from what I saw it was pretty good, loved all the stuff with Lillie and Gladion and everything. Also Ash's personality was pretty good and he hadn't lost a battle at all yet.
I mean he doesn't compare to season 1 Ash's personality, but it was still good compared to XY's wooden plank personailty. I guess the narrative being focused more on characters and being in one place helps.
