He's more retarded than the single digits IQers he's pandering to. He knows the logic perfectly well but for some reason uses it completely backwards.
There is no reason you'd include things like Megas, Alolan formes, or even following non-starter Pokémon either. Especially if you're not going to include abilities and items, but he's done that as well.
