It would be better than Incineroar or Decidueye for sure. The other two would have such generic movesets. At least Primarina would have some creativity put into the moveset considering no legs.

Best choice right here. Add in an Ultra Space stage with a Necrozma bossfight and bang, there's your Gen 7 representation. All 3 starters become Pokeball assists.
