Learns Relic Song, Echoed Voice/Round, and Tri Attack which can all be effected by Pixilate. Also learns Air Slash, and Moonblast which can both be effected by Serene Grace. Lastly, also learns Psybeam and Heat Wave for 3 reasons, they're both Beautiful for contests, they both interact with Serene Grace, and they help with type coverage.
This pokemon is covered in feathers that have no true color, but refract light differently from any angle, making it's plumage dazzlingly vibrant with many colors. The reflected light from the wide fan of rear feathers is used to attack, using heat and light refracted differently for more specific attacks. This pokemon is fiercely territorial, and will often attack passerby with its voice before resorting to using its tail attacks.
