Why not just put it up? Hell, it might even make the day a little better for those there who can access it and unless they're going to delete it minutes after it goes live, it'll be there for everyone else there eventually.
It literally only serves the purpose of making the day worse for everyone who isn't there. Nothing would get done if we were to make sure nothing bad happened anywhere near anything.
If something had happened where it's being uploaded from that'd make perfect sense but I doubt that's the case here.
