This is TRULY how Masuda thinks and even though I can't tell a frog from a dinosaur, I OBVIOUSLY know better for the most profitable franchise in the world than the people running it! And everything wrong with the Pokemon games is ALL Masuda's fault! He is ENTIRELY to blame!!! It can't possibly the shareholders and corporate leaders who have some hand in how the franchise is shaped and marketed, because that would make it too nuanced for me to understand, and it's much easier to blame ONE PERSON ENTIRELY!!!!
