Since it's not meant to be worn it may not have needed seams or stretching material and as a result it may not bend the way you want it and you'll have a great risk of ripping it, even if you fit in these 4'11 perfectly (which is still questionable due to difference between human and Zeraora's proportions)
Not to mention that you'd have to make an additional layer of cloth separating your body from plush or else it would tickle you and most likely the plush will fall down to free spaces, making the upper part look saggy
And also you'd have to replace some material so you could breathe, and since Zeraora doesn't have much of a neck or an opened mouth, you would need to cut its muzzle or forehead
Or, to cut a long story short, you'll fucking ruin it and waste your money, moron
