>Popplio, Brionne, PrimarinaThe same story as Chespin, the seals don't suddenly stand up and start acting human, they're still seals. Brionne already has eyelashes and a tutu, and already sings- Primarina doesn't suddenly show up to the party and take a hard right turn. (Admittedly, though, Primarina DOES have a glorious mane, but that's about it.)
