At the end of Pokemon R/S/E/OR/AS , Wally escaped from home to another region, would be Tesselia ?

Can we discuss about that? This single thing completely fuck up the chronology. R/B/Y are supposed to be in the same year than R/S/E, but in S/M Red and Blue have aged but Wally hasn't.
