I've been trying to get a Milotic in Emerald, but making blue pokeblocks is a fucking pain and the fact that you can only give a limited amount of pokeblocks to one pokemon doesn't really help. I wasted so many Chesto berries on one Feebas that I probably irreversibly damaged Hoenn's ecosystem.

So I want to get it right next time. What berries should I use for blocks and in what blender?

On that note, is Milotic worth the hassle? I was thinking of using a Tentacruel as an alternative, but I'm not sure if Milotic's widely better or just kind of a neat thing
