No he really isn't. Whilst I understand WHY Nintendo is doing this. It's stupid because Switch Homebrew cannot be patched (it's a hardware issue not software) so no point in trying to prevent cheating. IT'S GONNA HAPPEN.

I think Pokemon is justified because there is already a service to back Pokemon up but Splatoon sure as fuck is not. I get that they want to prevent save scumming but still at least allow back ups for items and levels.
