Making the Gym leaders interact with each other made them seem like something more than statues, i understand why people would hate having to met them at certain hours to get the number but i loved it.
Also the little details like getting near to the shore and hearing the waves or running around Ilex Forest and hearing the crunching sound of branches was neat
