>>36504689>there is only one of each legendaryThis is how I prefer to think of it, though certain legendaries (Fucking Heatran fuck you) shit all over this idea.
I actually fucking hate Gen VII for introducing the idea of a legendary evolving.
>pokemon like zoroark and lucario are extremely rareMakes sense. I just assume any Pokemon you can't catch in the wild is just stupid rare.
>pokemon dont have sex when they fall in love with a mate they just get an eggConsidering professional breeders don't even understand where the eggs come from, it's the only explanation that makes sense.
>>36504907>Benga has Latios/Latias (the same one that you can catch in your version). Trainers in battle facilites use Legendary Pokémon.Call me autistic, but I don't really consider the teams used in post-game battle facilities to be "canon". They really only exist to give you a challenge, and just having a bunch of trainers who are that powerful just sitting around makes the entire idea of the elite four and champ being the strongest trainers in their region laughable.
>The Aether Foundation says they have tested on three Type: NullsType: Null is kind of an exception, being manmade, but it still exists in very limited quantity.
>Arceus creates a new Dialga/Palkia/Giratina at the Sinjoh Ruins.I interrupted that as him creating the original Dialga/Palkia/Giratina, which ends up outlasting you and fucking off to whatever timeless region of reality it exists in. So weird time travel shit basically.
>>36508762I assume this is also why most trainers specialize in a single type. Pokemon of the same type generally have the same needs as one another, so raising them is generally easier that way. On the flip side, having two Pokemon who require contradictory conditions (such as a fire type and ice type) would be a nightmare.
>>36504708>>36511397Anime isn't canon to the games.
>B-but muh event PokemonNot canon, just put in as fan service.
