Seriously, the only thing I ever used it for was an HM slave. But other than that, Bidoof is completely fucking worthless. He doesn't deserve a slot on anyones team. He deserves to be fucking boxed after he fulfills his duty as an HM slave for the REAL champions.

Name one thing Bidoof and his shitty evolution can do that Garchomp couldn't do a million times better. Go ahead, I'll wait.

I'd pick Bidoof because;
1. The other two are in the slow levelling rate group
2. Simple boosted Defense Curl into Rollout early on will kill most things
3. Dragon STAB is shit in-game while Normal/Water hits every type neutrally
4. Simple Swords Dance later on turns you into a murder machine
5. Gets his final form much earlier than the others so you aren't carrying a shitmon for the entire game til it gets good
6. Psuedo's are for gay babies, real men use standard Pokemon in-game

Dratini is completely unviable, level 55 is unreasonable, you're also relying on Wrap until level 11, it's the worst in every single part of the game, I would never pick this.
24 > 48 is doable, but you're still spending more time with Gabite than you are with Garchomp. Gible at least gets a shoutout in that it will obliterate everything below 15 with Dragon Rage.
Bibarel though? Woah baby, Headbutt at 13 and Evolution at 15 means this guy is the unquestionably better than Gible/Gabite for 35 levels, a huge huge part of your playtime, Water/Normal is amazing neutral coverage and has Simple Swords Dance by the time Garchomp comes along, so while it's not as fast and bulky, it has more power meaning while it is outclassed, it's still a fairly even matchup. Also it levels up fastest.

It's straight up a fact that in literally any game in the series, if those three were offered as the starters, Bidoof would be by far the most useful in every single game.
