I use xp all so i can level more mons for my teams. By end game I have used like 12 mons at least for 2 gyms.

Pokemon games are never that hard but it is really goofy to purposefully make it easy for yourself (using very strong mons, megas/zmoves, exp all) and then complain about difficulty

exp. all makes it easy to, even in extremely casual play, rotate in new party members without utterly idiotic bait and switching to get weaker mons exp to start actually participating
