>>36526310I'd say yes, but the pokemon world is used to pokemon like we are to animals, only difference is you can use pokemon to defend yourself and I'd imagine going out without protection from other pokemon is a strict law. Its very easy to scare off a bear or cougar if you could throw out an electric tiger or even a small fire lizard.
