it's ok, it kind of marks the standard by which all other pokemon are judged, and is a good litmus test for the shifting design philosophies with the subtle redesigns and exaggerations of its head and stuff with each gen. female pikachu design is utterly retarded. they should have made the females fatter, tie together the old designs and the new designs without introducing a stupid looking retcon change to one of the most iconic parts of the most iconic pokemon.
