I still refuse to believe this is an official project supported by the main companies involved with Pokemon. Have any of the them or any personal accounts of their employees acknowledged this project? Or is it just professional artists creating something with fair use loopholes while providing the IP holders' names at the bottom of images?

This Eevee is for LGPE promotion, hence the hairstyle

It'll stay unevolved and have Quick Attack (so that Ash can use his Normalium Z that his other Pokemon no longer have any use for with it), Buzzy Buzz, Bouncy Bubble, and Sizzly Slide) as its moveset

If its evolution depends on an egg move... Then eevee could be fighting (detect) or ghost (curse)... Move tutor; Steel (Iron tail).

Off course he gonna be important than other Eevee if he get caught by Ash. The Eevee of the main central protagonist is obviously more important than other Eevee, Maybe thats why Ash never got an Eevee before.

Yep, signature moves for the starter Eevee in Let's Go.
They have toddler-tier names and are broken as shit in terms of utility, like Sizzly Slide which guarantees a Burn, invalidating almost any and all physical attackers Eevee will face.

They'll most likely remain in LGPE with the BST-boosted Starters with no way of being sent up to Gen 8, but you never know when it comes to GameFreak.

Probably just for this game - can't see them keeping the BST boosts they're giving Pika/Eevee, unless they're somehow overhauling every pokémon's BST for Gen VIII.

I still remember when I thought Serena's Eevee would evolve into a gen 7 eeveelution because Sylveon had already been showcased several times before and as such was already old news and gen 6 was nearing it's end, never had I been so wrong before, besides expecting Ash to get Riolu on Iron Island.
