I'm actually going through the exact same thing myself. I really like Eevee because it's super cute but I don't know if I want to be stuck with an Eevee when Pikachu is probably a more fun option gameplay wise.

know yeah Pikachu is the most mainstream Pokemon and the "yellow one" as your mom would say but if your above the age of sixteen and still into Pokemon then you've learnt to except the fact that Pikachu will always be milked. Choose Pikachu or I don't know get both
