Alolan Rattata does though.

Most likely, the day/night cycle will be like it was in Gen 3; it'll exist, but there won't be any visual difference.

The reason that the Day/Night Cycle is absent from Let's Go Pikachu & Eevee is because that we worry that children may attempt to emulate their character's Pokemon Journey by heading out at night by themselves, which would naturally lead to many concerned parents.
