Almost never worth it anon, even against something super frail like Diglett it's only 2 extra damage at most. Just run LO.

Also, as a general rule you shouldn't use 252/252 spreads in LC. At Level 100 you usually get an extra point for every 4 EVs, at Level 5 not so much. Here it doesn't matter because you need 240 SpA / 200+ Spe anyways and the leftover 68 doesn't increase anything, but if you weren't running HP Fire you could use something like 76 Def / 236 SpA / 196+ Spe. Just something to keep in mind.

Just watch some people playing, learn the common sets, learn how the ev points work, and some other nuanced shit like making your hp 19 by lowering ivs to get 1 damage of life orb recoil. Pretty much the same as learning anything else. That being said I don't play much but I've dabbled
