I forgot he had a Sitruse, so it wasn't as close as I thought.

Feel like doing this in Kanto. One question, is it still possible to do badges in various orders in FRLG or did they make it more linear somehow?

Cracked the code, didn't need to heal. Realized that Dwebble always uses Rock Polish if it's paralyzed, so that plus a bit of good luck did it. Leavanny also used String Shot on its last couple of turns for some reason, even though I was only 50% sure I could live another Razor Leaf.

If you dont have 2 pokemon you wont be forced to do the double battles. I've skipped quite a few.

Petal Dance is turning out to be a fantastic move, only uses 1 PP to attack 3 times.

Might as well make some shit clear here
I won't evolve again unless I get super stuck on something and the only alternative is grinding. I do kinda want to fully evolve her because she's working hard and she deserves it, but I also want this to remain a funmon run. I'm thinking I might evolve either right before or right after Iris if I don't before then.
Also, I'm keeping a pre-evo save in case I want to try the whole run with Tynamo. Not sure when I'd do that though.

I just finished a Crystal solo with Furret, beat Red while I was level 86. I know it's high, but I just beat every trainer in the game and levelled to 86, so there's that. Moveset was Return, Fire Punch (for steel), Surf (for rock) and Shadow Ball (for ghost), it hit anything at least neutrally, I just spammed Return and won.
I was planning on a Ledian solo but not right now.

Look at his moveset. I'd go as far as to say he's not a complete shitmon for defensive stall. His unfortunate typing and lack of any real offensive options drives him there. Plus you don't have access to valuable TM moves for most of the game...
I would love to see a Lediba or Ledian run in any Johto game!
