>>36570468If Nintendo Switch Online is needed to access the online features of the future Pokemon Switch games, then yes. But right now, there's little reason to spend the money. Playing old NES games that were released on VC isn't much of a reason to get it. I don't really play games online either aside from Super Mario Odyssey to grind coins, but there is already an in-game coin grinding method (albeit slower than Luigi Balloon World) so that is unnecessary too.
