You shoudn't mix type and strat specialization. Stick to one or the other. Trying to do both, but only having two strategy leaders, makes it feel tacked on and out of place. The Evasion gym leader should have more Pokemon. No Guard Machop, perhaps. Or one of the Compound Eyes bugs. In general, each gym should have the same number of Pokemon as the last, if not more. The number should only ever increase. Speaking of,
Having a one-mon gimmick gym battle is stupid. If you do that, make it Eeleketross or something, so that it has no weaknesses in addition to being strong. Clefable isn't going to cause as much trouble as you think. Just make a for real fairy gym for fuck's sake.
Put something with Snow Warning before Castform, so it doesn't have to waste a turn setting Hail. I'd suggest Amaura.
Again, the strat leaders feel gimmicky and ill-fitting. All or nothing baby.
Needs more Pokemon. Add Excadrill and Marowak to the mix, I'd say. Having Ground AND Rock is fine I guess. But really you might as well just call it the Sandstorm gym and include lots of Sandstreamers. Gigalith and the Hippo really.
Fun, I guess. Could use another "real" Pokemon, to offset the gimmicks. Exploud, maybe?
