The only thing she has going for her is sexy concept art which is diminished with ORAS shit graphics. That leaves her awful personality, long dogmatic speechs on full display and her monkey antics exist just to piss off the players.

Come on, this wasn't a high effort thing, plenty of other franchise have girls like this and they became massively popular as well, see Saber and Jeanne of the fate franchise, Japan goes fucking nuts for pretty blond blue or green eyed white girls, that's been a fact since we blew them up all those decades ago. It's always when they're not native of the land as well, to make it even more appealing to fuck a non jap.
