He's literally a recycled ditto with a bolt on his head and a tail, he's probably fine to test most pokemon as the skl files and texture files are pretty much the same. The tail is probably thrown on because most pokemon have the tail as a separate object and not as part of their main model.
If it is a new pokemon then why would Niantic even have a Gen 8 pokemon in their databases? If this is the pokemon they intend to release with LGPE why would they pick something so difficult to market and not something more appealing to a general audience? Who the fuck designed this thing and what even is it supposed to be? Why would they reuse Ditto's model?
