We would hopefully get a better Underground and Amity Square and be free of the DS performance issues (hopefully their inevitable successor won't be so noticeable)... and that's about it. But for it we'd get a likely get an even easier game with potential for strange story decisions and truncated dungeons (you can cull Granite Cave, you can't cull Iron Island, Coronet, or the Battle Zone), and sure wonky redone characters that might spur you to just play the DS versions.
Though Dawn is bottom of the leading lady list for me while Lucas is a favorite so I'm perversely interested in what would happen to them.
