The set used for them is Z-Tailwind as well which gives a +1 Crit rate, so I'm pretty sure it'd be guaranteed crits at that point.

Z-Tailwind works as a one time Scope Lens. If your ability is Super Luck, Tailwind + holding Scope Lens would be enough.

tailwind only lasts for 4 turns and unlike weather and screens there aren't any items you can use to extend that

you're honestly just better off using a power herb and running it on hawlucha like normal desu
