Why are you angry about this? Almost every body would use items between fights anyway so the only thing that happens is that your're not losing money

Don't drag it to the general overworld, I'm only talking about the E4 + Champion battles only, where you're not able to go to the center.
This wouldn't make the game easier if they did this in that exact case
Unless for nuzlockes of course but they're basically impossible due to the changed encounter method

I have literally never run out of money in a pokemon game unless I went out of my way to buy a game corner pokemon.

the reason this is shitty is because some people like to play without using items and auto healing is basically like forced item usage

You guys realise that having the box in your pocket already means that you'll be able to heal everywhere right?
Unless they convert back to the gen 1 method where they would be send to the box not healed which i can't see happening
