In the latin american dub; James from team rocket started saying everything BUT the original team rocket motto after a couple of seasons in the anime. He would say stuff from mexican pop culture, to spainard impersonation, to straight out sing lyrics from Paquita la del barrio.

I was curious to know if James was also a crazy bastard in dubs all over the world.

That is amazing, but unfortunately unique to Spanish-dubbed James. He followed the script in every English episode I can recall, but there may have been times both he and Jessie changed the words to reflect the conflict of the episode.

The dub director of the time basically decided Team Rocket were a joke anyway so they changed that part of the script with "Pepe improvises" and JAM(es) would happily oblige, being one damn snippy, creative mofo.

His best use of the motto is still the Spider-Man Unlimited dub though.

James Latin dub voice actor was based as fuck (I say "was"'because I don't know if he's still doing it). After watching the first season dub again as a grown up, I think it's clear he was the most talented one by far (the rest were just fine, I guess)

Haven't watched the latin dub since gen 3, so i barely remember their voices, the other day i watched a little of one of the episodes of SM in cartoon network, TR voices sound as i remember them, though i'm not sure if they're the same voice actors, but still, they're really good, as for the rest, it's fucking trash lol, ash voice sounds weird and i can't get used to the sound of the other characters voices, though this might be because i'm used to their japanese voices

Oh man, you're missing out big time, it's so hilariously good, like voice acting is 11/10, you can feel the guy is having fun, sadly even if you knew spanish, you would still have a hard time getting most of the references, because it's full with pop culture, different spanish accents and just random stuff.
