A bunch of hippy eco warriors that use Grass/Fairy/etc pokemon to prevent the local construction magnate from building more urban areas and destroying the landscape.
Tower Inc.
The construction team that are modernising the region and creating new houses and buildings. They can sometimes be indifferent to environmental concerns, but Team Eco keeps them in line.
You will encounter both teams as you progress through the game, sometimes Team Eco are right, sometimes Tower Inc are just doing their job.
Later in the game, you discover the Team Eco leader is trying to unleash a legendary pokemon that will revert the region to a natural green state and destroy all the cities and man made structures, and you have to stop him.
