To that guy that keeps putting Crystal over HGSS, yeah fuck you. I tried replaying it and realized there's no fucking Mareep in the game. Absolutely disgusting.

It's at least one guy doing it. I've been seeing it in top games/ranking threads in the past few weeks or so. Always chimes in or starts off about Crystal being the Johto rep over HGSS to go along with Platinum/BW2/Emerald/the usual.

Pikachu with light ball is the strongest special attacker in GSC after Mewtwo. Ampharos is a shitmon, which is why his entire line was removed from Crystal.

It's the most easily attainable light ball. Start a yellow save file, deliver the parcel and catch the first shitmon you encounter after getting poke balls, then trade Pikachu forward.
