I'd say the same about Goodra, but it came in a generation that was all about defanging Dragon-types so it was doomed from the start. Crabrawler was introduced as a no-holds-barred shitwrecker of a slugger, and there's a way to draw (and stat) a boxing yeti crab evolution for it that doesn't look like a special education dropout.
