Assuming you'll use tinted lens because it's its only good ability, you could run QD, bug buzz, air slash and roost/giga drain/hidden power, just like the default random battles set.
Or if you want to have a meme physical set, you could try u-turn/lunge and acrobatics with a speed-boosting berry or tailwind. Your last alternative is support, but it doesn't get anything worth for it that other bugs don't do better.
Mothim really has nothing more of note than the above mentioned sets. It doesn't even get leech life or a physical-boosting move (I always thought it got swords dance but seems not). It's truly a pathetically weak pokemon that's only saved by the one move that is common to his fellow butterfly brothers. Giving it AT LEAST 90 speed and an ability likr infiltrator or speed boost would be a good starting point on the path to redemption.
