Steampunk has a great aesthetic and ancient manmade pokemon are an interesting concept that I'd like to see more of. How are pokemon like this or golurk given life? The dress/pokeball bottom half is a nice touch. The head is a little uninspired imo, but still, on the whole pretty solid design.
