Meltan 891 or (re-written 808) will be perfect for Let's Go! Pikachu and Eevee! and its target market: Kids

I work for a game company.

Not at Game Freak or Nintendos level, but still pretty sizeable.

Our marketing material has to be ready at least 3 weeks before it goes live.

If it requires special materials/voice acting or anything else that might take more time/might take longer than expected then we have to have it 100% ready and prepared even earlier than that. If you think this was a mistake you are more deluded than fucking chris-chan was about Bowsette

Pokémon Go uses different assets for the same Pokémon. Zeraora is there 888, so Meltan with the asset 891 can be the Pokémon with the dex number 808.
