On the Other hand you could base it on anywhere but london and get some really nice natural scenery in.I think a fossil coast either in Dorset or the North Yorkshire would be a nice way to revive the fossil mining from diamond and pearl. You could have some nice fairytale type fairies. There is a lot of room for steel types from our industrial heritage too. Scottish wildcats and red squirrels would also transfer well as pokemon bases.
