If you really must know, the board suffered 5 months of shitposting about how 'Eye was the pick of the Gen, the next shillmon the best thing since sliced bread, it slices, it dices it does the job of 8 separate kitchen utensils in one, then the stats leak happened and they were shown up to be worst in the Gen and with the worst HA to boot (though Prima's wasn't fantastic by any measure either). If they'd left it at that, it would probably be the end of it, but they kicked up a gear and claimed Decidueye would still be the everything of the Generation. They took loss after loss until the ep Torracat appeared in the anime, then they latched onto Smash and the last great owlfag hope, still shitposting all the while, despite the mountain of evidence pointing to any potential choice to be 'Roar. He's hated, as his fanbase are the most autistically deluded bunch of bastards that ever drew breath and can't accept it's not a winner as they've pinned they're hopes on it to be so, after fagging it for so long before it was even confirmed legit.
