It was incredibly dangerous for him to keep books like that at his age with his condition(s). If you think I'm just shitposting then whatever, but that IS the definition of hoarder behavior. There's nothing wrong with collecting, but if it becomes detrimental financially or to your health in any way, it's classified as hoarder behavior.
