Que gusto de mierda que tenés. The worst thing about latino dubs is when they stick too much to the original, translating things directly, to the point that most of the dialogue (especially jokes) just doesn't land. Most dubbed cartoons today feel very insipid because of this. Subs already exist to get the original experience, dubs need to provide more than that especially for casual viewers.

Do they?, i remember most of them being fairly faithful, the only ones i can remember where they took a little too much liberties were pokemon and kid next door, most of the old anime and cartoon shows i remember being pretty good.
