Every single time Ash encounters a Pokemon he acts like it's the first time it's ever happened. He acts as though he's shocked that he can see Pokemon inhabiting the world. Dude, YOU LIVE IN A WORLD FILLED WITH POKEMON. HOW IS IT STILL SURPRISING?
That would be if I went out to the park, and I saw someone walking their dog and I was just like "No way, dogs exist? That blows my mind! I wonder what breed it is?"
Or if I went to the beach and was shocked to discover that there were animals there. Like, of fucking course there are animals everywhere. That's not a huge shock.
Why is Ash acting like he's never seen a Pokemon before in his life. He's seen like over 500 of them. At this point he should just be like "Oh, that's cool." Rather than, "Omigosh sooo amazing, my mind is blown right now!"
