I'd like to see what a Kanto map and topography and culture would look like after a ten or twenty year time jump, and now all these things like advancements in technology, Mega Evolutions, newer legendaries, etc.
It would be interesting to see what fills the void of Giovanni. What Blue and Red are doing in regards to Kanto. Whether the Elite 4 and the structure of the region is even the same.
