Wurmple,at least it was pretty straight forward for the rest once you hit the condition you need to find a formula then make sure if it has a value of 1-5 or 5-9 just for a early route bug

Crabrawler and Charjabug both had this problem until USUM fixed it. I ended up using both in USUM nuzlockes and was very happy to find out they evolved sooner.

New Eeveelution and Gorchu, the only way to get them will be by transferring your starter Pikachu and Eevee from LGPE to Gen VIII game because only they can evolve into those pokemon in Gen VIII game.
