Why is the Poison-type called Poison when most of its Pokemon are actually venomous? Shouldn't it be called the Venom-type?

It really should've been called Toxic type, since that covers both venom and poison.

yes, me as a tumblr member would like that because it would have more than just >muh poison attack! Machamp should be Toxic/Fighting for example.
