Looks uninspired as hell not knowing the joke behind "aura" that didn't translate, messy and poorly conveys its theme. One of my least favourite designs in the series. Zoroark and Midnight Lycanroc did anthro wolfness better.

One still managed to make my X team somehow

Probably the worst pokemon design of all time, just messy overall. To be fair fanart like >>36656119 is actually cool though and makes lucario look much better than he does in the sugimori artwork, his sugimori artwork is ugly as fuck.

The steel spikes seem tacked on and the nose-muzzle is weird. Should've been Fighting/Psychic given the aura thing it has (with the appendages and everything), and how it speaks via telepathy
