I’m feeling pretty good about these inevitable remakes. 2/3 remakes were high quality games, and they’ve learned from ORAS’ mistakes what the fans expect from them.

A part of me doesn't wan't this to happen from what ORAS told me and another part wants this to happen so people will shut the fuck up about DPP remakes.

Plus, I'm not even excited for this if it is true, judging from the games GF are making right now (LGPE and TOWN), I'm worried this is going to have half assed effort.

I think I also heard gen 8 will keep the blocky style, like in ORAS when LGPE was preparing for reveal

Dp remakes aren't happening, they're going to release let's go 'remakes' from now on as it'll be easier to off load the work to Niantic and more profitable than fully fleshed out gamefreak games.
