why didnt gf have any unique gen 5 ideas resulting in a gen 1 and 2 rip-off with uglier pokemon.

They even copied the plot of them with a similar twist but instead of a gym leader its a champion

Swoobat’s only redeeming factor is that it has a cute nose.
Zubat and Golbat are perfect for their job of littering caves and I get the feeling people don’t appreciate how good they are just because they were in every cave.
